Frameless Doors and Wet Floor Systems

The 10mm satin etched hinged door illustrated, uses spring tensioned chrome hinges mounted within a specially designed Showeristic frame. The polished 'stainless steel' finish aluminium frame offers structural integrity and rigidity to the glass brick walls, and permits easy installation of the frameless shower door. Frameless Shower Door

The curved shower door illustrated below requires precisely shaped adjacent curved walls which are designed by Showeristic. This enables the architect to create a unique style or feature within the showering area, which can accommodate any size of circular steel tray, or tiled plinth in a wet floor system. The Showeristic design office provides the joiner with full, working CAD drawings which detail the exact angle, radius and size to which the walls must be built.

A tiled wet floor area can benefit from a fixed shower partition as shown above - in this case a 10mm satin acid etched glass design with chrome wall and floor connectors. Even in a small bathroom of 2 x 2.6 metres area this has allowed a comfortable 1 metre square showering space, a WC, washbasin and bath.

Such a system is particularly suitable for the elderly or less able since there is no high tray or threshold frame to step over. The non-slip flooring when combined with a shower seat and grab rail, offers comfort and confidence to the person showering.
