| Since 1989 Showeristic has been designing and manufacturing shower
door systems using the highest quality toughened safety glass, chrome
and aluminium materials, for the domestic, commercial and contract
market. Utilising the latest CAD 3D solid modelling software to quickly
generate an accurate, scale model - an exact replica of the end product
based on the customer's sizes - our highly skilled staff use precision
engineering equipment to convert the design into the finished article.
Our service is based upon dialogue with the customer. A clear
assessment is made of the nature of the problem, and proposals
are put forward covering the design and most appropriate shower
door system. There is often more than one solution, but whatever
the shape and size of the room, we will endeavour to provide a
product to satisfy your problem rather than suggesting a costly
or impractical re-build of the bathroom.
The style of product whether frameless, fully framed or part framed
will depend upon your requirements and also upon the nature of
the problem. Some shower doors will require the facility for width
adjustment, for example to suit out of plumb cottage walls and
will therefore require some aluminium framing, whilst others will
be more suited to a 'wet floor', frameless system.
The choice of shower tray- resin stone or low level enamelled
steel - will be dictated by such problems as low ceiling height
or the condition of timber joists and floorboards, and by the needs
of the less able.
Clear, tinted, obscure, etched and sand blasted toughened safety
glass is available in thicknesses of upto 12mm according to tint
and availablity, and all exposed edges are highly polished. Aluminium
frame finishes where applicable are offered in polished 'chrome'
and 'gold' effect, 'stainless steel' finish for certain applications,
white and anodised.
Showeristic works closely with the architect, designer and end
user and provides design solutions which are supported by itemised
spreadsheet quotations and full, 3-dimensional design views.
